The functionality can easily be extended to provide additional control and monitoring by adding your own plug-ins. You can add both federation specific commands, e.g. scenario handling, as well as more general commands, e.g. for log file handling.  

News in Version 2.0: Scripting and File Deployment
Version 2.0 of Pitch Commander™ now adds distributed scripting. Create a script that starts up and initializes a complete federation and assign a button to this command. Create powerful sequences of distributed actions that facilitate the development, testing, deployment and execution of your training systems. We have also added support for file deployment so you can distribute and synchronize scenarios and terrain data across local or wide area networks.
