With the authorization of the company directorate, the former Hwa Create Co., Ltd. has been reorganized into a shareholding company which is now Hwa Create Corporation Ltd. and finished the registration change in the administrative organs for industry and commerce.
Notice is hereby given that:
After the reorganization, the firm name has been changed into Hwa Create Corporation Ltd. and inherits all the rights and obligations of the former Hwa Create Co., Ltd.
The name of Hwa Create Co., Ltd. ceases to be in force as of the date of this promulgation.
